NEPAPAC presents the 2025 Housing Jubilee. This event is designed to foster discussions around affordable housing, green energy and technology implementation
Its the strongest juvenile crime prevention program in North East Pennsylvania. It has a 96% non recidivism rate. This program focuses on young boys from ages 13 to 17 years old who may or may not be currently incarcerated.
The womens support group was originally started as a remedy for mothers whose sons were incarcerated. Currently is has morphed into a general support group for women.
NEPAPAC is a member of the environmental justice board for the Department of Protection for the state of pennsylvania

The Housing Jubilee aims to forge partnerships, strengthen networks, and create actionable solutions that resonate far beyond the event. Participants will cross-reference resources from diverse community organizations, building robust pipelines for food and housing security to address the immediate needs of those most affected by the crisis.
Central to the gathering will be an exploration of cutting-edge energy efficiency practices in construction—a vital step toward creating sustainable, affordable housing that aligns with environmental goals. Equally important, the event will focus on fortifying rental control strategies to protect the working class from the crushing weight of runaway inflation, ensuring that their homes remain sanctuaries, not sources of financial peril.
But the Housing Jubilee is not merely about discussion; it is about action. It will culminate in the creation of a comprehensive plan, a roadmap to safeguard the economic stability and housing security of Northeast Pennsylvania’s working-class residents. This plan will stand as a testament to the region’s resilience and commitment to collective prosperity.
